MY ROLE
PROBLEM STATEMENT
In-store shoppers often spend unnecessary time searching for products because store layouts change, signage is insufficient, and product locations are difficult to identify, this leads to unnecessary walking, backtracking, dependence on store staff and occasionally abandoned purchases.
I conducted interviews of shoppers with varying shopping frequencies and habits to Understanding how shoppers currently navigate large stores
Spend 35-45 minuets during shopping
report relocated products as a challenge
have left without purchasing an item, unable to find
